Frequently Asked Questions

What are the damage guidelines and acceptable/unacceptable product?

Differences in pricing exist based on the condition of diabetic supplies:

  1. Mint Condition: This refers to items in perfect condition without any marks, tears, scratches, or dents. These items fetch the highest value.

  2. Slight Damage: Items in this category may have minor creases, small scratches, or tears confined to one side of the packaging (about the size of a nail head). We offer 50% of the quoted price for these items.

  3. Major Damage: This category includes items with significant creases, scratches, multiple tears, or flaws on multiple sides of the packaging. Items with pen ink also fall into this category. We offer 25% of the quoted price for these items, though some heavily damaged products may not be eligible for purchase. Please refer to specific product descriptions to verify eligibility.

Please note, we do not accept international products, opened items, water-damaged items, or expired products.

What Items We Do NOT Buy?

  • Diabetic supplies bearing the CE designation/logo.

  • Supplies not intended for distribution in the United States.

  • Supplies differing from the images on our website (for clarification, please contact us).

  • Insulin products.

  • True Track test strip products.

  • Expired test strips.

  • Relion test strip products.

  • Embrace test strip products.

  • Test strip boxes that have been opened or damaged.

  • Prodigy test strip products.

  • Tslim product range.

  • G7 sample box sets.

Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid products?

We are unable to process test strip boxes labeled for MEDICARE OR MEDICAID due to FDA regulations. However, certain CGM products (such as Dexcom) marked for "DME Beneficiaries" or "Government Payee" may be eligible for acceptance.

Is it legal to sell my diabetic test strips, lancets or other supplies?

The answer is yes. Many diabetic supplies are sold over the counter at major retailers with no need for a prescription to obtain them. Supplies that have been paid for by Medicaid or Medicare cannot be purchased or sold legally.

Should I remove pharmacy labels?

No! We will professionally remove them and dispose of them. You are a valued client and we will keep your information confidential!
If you want to block out your information, you can do so with a pen. Please take care to not get ink on the boxes as this will lower the value.

Why Sell Your Unused Diabetic Supplies?

Unused diabetic supplies often accumulate for various reasons:

  • Changes in prescriptions or healthcare plans.

  • Transitioning to different monitoring systems.

  • Receiving excess supplies through insurance.

Rather than letting these items expire or go to waste, you can sell them to us. By doing so, you’re not only earning extra cash but also contributing to the affordability and accessibility of diabetes care for others.
